How it Works?

1. Meeting is at the 5V2 Performance office located at 1115 Broadway, 12th FL, Manhattan, NY 10010. If needed, you can change into your sports clothes.
2. Meet & Greet everyone and receive your CR7 Hydrate packet to mix with water and get your body prepared for the workout.
3. At 7pm, we are all leaving the office and go across the street at the Madison Square Park where the workout will take place.
4. By 8pm we finish the workout and return to the office to drink the NSF certified Rebuild Strength protein shake, that needs to be taken within 30 minutes of finishing the workout, in order for the muscle to be able to rebuild its tissue and gain healthy lean muscles.
